AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF EXAMINATION CELL
The aims and objectives of an examination cell of KIMS
includes:
- Ensuring Fairness: To conduct examinations in a
fair and transparent manner, maintaining the integrity of the assessment
process. - Regulatory Compliance: To ensure that all
examinations adhere to the guidelines and regulations set by the University i.e
National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) or medical council. - Timely Conduct: To schedule and conduct
examinations promptly, adhering to the academic calendar of the institution. - Evaluation: To facilitate the evaluation process
efficiently. - Security: To maintain the security of
examination materials and prevent any form of malpractice or cheating during
exams. - Records Management: To maintain accurate records
of examination results and other relevant data for administrative purposes. - Continuous Improvement: To continuously review
and improve examination processes based on feedback and evolving educational
standards. - Support for Students: To provide support and
guidance to students regarding examination-related queries, policies, and
procedures. - Communication: To ensure effective
communication with faculty, students regarding examination schedules, results,
and any changes in examination policies.

Lt. Col. Dr. Nabi Bux TI (M) (Retd) MBBS, MBA, MSc (Med Admin) Additional Controller Examination has been working as Head of Examination Department. He possesses a vast administrative experience while serving on different positions in Pak. Army, Pak. Navy, Pak. Rangers, OGDCL, United Nations, FFBL, PPHI and BUMDC.
